
Vice Mayor Faustino Atiwag Olowan is a lawyer and public servant currently serving as the Vice Mayor of Baguio City. Born on April 19, 1965, he has dedicated much of his life to public service, combining his legal background with leadership in local governance. First elected in 2019, he quickly gained the trust of Baguio residents and was re-elected in 2022 and again in 2025 under the Partido Federal ng Pilipinas, earning overwhelming support. As Vice Mayor, he serves as the presiding officer of the Sangguniang Panlungsod, guiding legislative discussions, approving city ordinances, and ensuring that policies contribute to the welfare and development of Baguio. His leadership is marked by integrity, accountability, and a vision for a progressive and sustainable city. Married to Jolina Alibcag Olowan and father to Justine and Maureen, he is both a dedicated family man and a respected leader.
